Helicopter simulator

The Reality H helicopter simulator (B level) was conceived by Thales in order to train helicopter pilots to the most challenging flight conditions, especially on Airbus Helicopters’ EC135 platform which is the most used model in the air work, medical transport but also during perilous interventions in the mountains or the coast. This simulator is able to reproduce the realistic flight conditions in any weather, to train pilots in an environment as close as possible to real-life missions. They can thus train to land during a storm, or to realize a technical intervention in an environment which requires flawless piloting, such as an offshore oil rig.

The simulator can also be a substitute for training hours on an actual helicopter, and allows pilots to practice dangerous flight procedures without any risk and for a much lower cost. The two latest Reality H (B level) models from Thales have been installed on a naval air base in Nowra (Australia), and are destined to train pilots of the Australian armed forces for the next 25 years.

During the development of this product, based on the study made by our calculation department, Thales wished to entrust us with the realization of the dome and part of the mechanical structure of the simulator. The detailed study that we made of the docking’s station (the dome) of the Reality H simulator (B level) allowed us to lighten the weight of the cabin and the floor, reinforce the rigidity of the structure and thus reduce the production costs, allowing us to increase the competitiveness of the product.

Thanks to our global approach, we were able to offer our client quality, costs and design improvement gains, while allowing them to focus on their own core business: digital simulation.

Automatic jamming mechanisms

We produce automatic jamming mechanisms for our customer Acial, a specialist in metal security furniture. The components of these mechanisms are assembled in our workshops: the main plate contains the basic elements and our own three-way lock personal design. Each assembly is checked by hand before dispatch, ensuring zero-defect production.

These mechanisms are produced in series of 800 to 1200. In 10 years, we've assembled almost 10,000 mechanisms!

We have total knowledge of this product and are therefore a great source of ideas for its continuous improvement.

Acial thus offers a choice of strong, reliable and upgradeable cupboards adapted to the needs of its own customers.

Hydrogenerator

At the start of the "Vendée Globe 2016", 28 out of the 29 sailing ships were equipped with a Watt and Sea hydrogenerator, without competition on the market at the time and distributed in more than 30 countries. The industrial adventure started in 2010 with Yannick Bestaven has converted the most famous skippers and boaters, who now benefit from a sufficient energy solution which respects the environment.

Stemming from the research about ocean racing, these hydrogenerators produce electricity with an imperceptible trail and an optimum performance to navigate in positive-energy. The production of electricity starts as soon as the sailing ship reaches the speed of 3 knots (a little less than 6 km/h). The hydrogenerator produces up to 100% of the electrical needs of a sailing ship, against only 20% for solar panels or the wind, and weights a lot less than generators. Moreover, the hydrogenerator possesses enough energy for the skippers to have auxiliary heating.

Involved since the development, the Reorev teams ensure today the production, the after-sale service and the development of new ranges.

Automatic cutter of palletization in insert formats

When CGP entrusted us with the production of these "prototype" cutters of insert formats’ palletization, we submitted proposals for improvement. Our approach by subsets has allowed an evolution of the product’s architecture and design.

This way, we have made the product more reliable while providing an increased capacity to satisfy the needs of the final customer. Building on its success, it is now mass-produced in our factory.

This cutter has many benefits :

The costs of consumable are reduced,
The unwelcome shutdowns are avoided, resulting in improved operating costs for packaging lines,
A reel unique reference can produce up to 15 lengths of formats.

SUNOLOGY offers a range of ready-to-use solar stations, designed and assembled in France. Delivered without any DIY, all you must do is take them out of the box, plug them into a simple outlet and you're ready to go!

A collaboration with ALYANSTECH, a manufacturer of household and domestic equipment, has enabled us to develop two new models of 'Plug & Play' solar stations for this company.

During these studies, we suggested technical solutions to make the products easy to assemble and adjust, while optimizing production costs.

We designed a tubular structure for the Play Pro model, sold through a network of professionals. The Play model, sold directly to consumers over the internet, is made up mainly of aluminium outlines. On this project, the aluminium extrusion, plastic injection and expanded polypropylene injection are the technologies used to produce the main parts.

We produce for our client Acial, a specialist in metal security furniture, automatic scrambling feature mechanisms. The components of these mechanisms are mounted and assembled in our workshops: the basic components as well as a three point lock we designed go on the main plate. Each system is manually controlled prior to shipment ensuring a zero defect production.

These mechanisms are manufactured in lot sizes of 800-1200. In ten years, we have assembled around 10 000 mechanisms !

We have a total mastery of the product and therefore we are a constant source of proposals for the on-going improvement of this mechanism.

So Acial offers a range of reliable and scalable security cabinets adapted to its own customer demands.
